Our Products

PP and HDPE Woven Sacks ranging in width from 45cm to 125cm in tubular from and 90cm to 250cm in split open from, ranging from 550 Denir onwords. The bags can be top hemmed or top heat cut and bottom folded / bottom stitched as per the specific requirment of the buyers. Different combinations in mesh from 8 x 8 to 13 x 13 is possible.

Bags are made for 25kg, 50kg and 100kg packaging. However, custom made bags can be made for diffrent quantity weights as well.

We can supply anti-slip weaved and / or anti-slip diamond coated bags. Also Carona treated and UV treated bags are made by us.

Our Product List

		6-shuttle wider width bags of upto 125 cms with / without gusset for packing bulk products such as cotton, yarn etc.			Jumbo bags / Flexible Intermediate Bulk Containers (FIBCs) of capacity 500kgs to 2000kgs.

		PP or HDPE Woven Sacks with valve and / or gusset as per the buyer's specifications.			Bags with valve and/or gusset for packing cement.

		Bags used for diffrent commodities like flour, bran, rice,grain,suger, fertilizer etc.			Bags with customised printing of logos and product details upto 4 colours are made.

		Bags can be made with and without PE lamination / coating. Bags with inner liners can be made with liners being either stitched to the outer bag or loosely inserted.			Tarpaulines with single / both sides lamination and in diffrent colours.Maximum width offered is 300cm with lamination ranging from 20 to 100 microns. The respective company logo can be printed on the tarpaulin.

		Coloured and Transparent cum Coloured Bags can be made.			Woven fabric with paper lamination for specific packaging requirments such as packing of CR Coils.

		Box Bags with top open and / or with lids, with or without lamination.

SPRINGS

1.	Polypropylene or H.D.P.E. woven sacks ranging in width from 35 cm to 115 cm with denier ranging from 800 Denier upwards. The bags can be top hemmed or top heat cut and bottom folder as per the specific requirement of buyers. Different combinations in mesh from 9 x 9 to 14 x14 is possible.

2.	Polypropylene or H.D.P.E. woven sacks with valve and/or gusset as per the buyers specifications. We can supply circular woven fabric in width of 35 cm to 115 cm in tubular form and 70 cm to 230 cm to 132 cm. Flat fabric can also be supplied in width of 82 cm to 132 cm

3.	Printing can be done on the bags in one, two and three colour

4.	Polypropylene or H.D.P.E. woven sacks can also offered with PE Liner inserted or sewn at the top and /or bottom as per requirement.

5.	JUMBO BAGS/FLEXIBLE INTERMEDIATE BULK CONTAINERS of capacity 500 kgs to 2000 kgs. Sulzer Cloth can also be offered in maximum width of 300 cm, with various combinations of mesh and denier

6.	BOX BAGS with top open and/or with lids, with or without lamination.

7.	Tarpaulins with single/both sides lamination and in different colours. Maximum width offered is 250 cm with lamination ranging from 10 to 300 microns. The respective company logo can be printed on the Tarpaulin.

8.	Paper laminated bags with valves and/or gusset. Further to the above we can offer the bags with carona treatment, anti-slip treatment and UV treatment as per individual requirement.
