Jumac Mfg. Pvt. Ltd. was established in 1973 with the purpose of manufacturing jute and textile machinery, Spares and Spinning Cans for the Jute & Textile Industry. Spinning Cans

Jumac are the pioneer manufactures of Seamless Card Cans for collecting silver from cording, drawing, roving and open-end spinning. The Cans are designed to cope with high speed operation of latest state-of-the-art-machines. They are light and easily maneuverable, save time, labor and eliminate wastage.

Jumac Cans are available in awide ranghe of attractive colours from 225 mm to 1200mm in diameter and 1200 mm heigh with springs and are fitted with specially developed dust resistant heavy dust Caastors. HDPE Cylinders are made of virgin quality high density polyethylene of low pressure grade in thickness from 1.6mm to 5mm. Sheets are welded on modern machines to provide a perfect back bone to the Cans. No rivets are used and there is no scraping of silver. The components fitted with the cans are power pressed and are corrosion free. Specially developed Double Ball Bearing Castors fitted on the Cans make the movement easy and trouble free.

Jumac Cans meet the exact specification of Textile Machine Manufactures and include all modifications required to make them suitable for use on high output modern machines.

We make Conversion Kits for converting Riverted Cans into Seamless Cans at mill site, ALLUMINIUM CAN:

Aluminum Magnesium full hard body is used to give strength, perfection and durability to these riveted Cans. They are fire resistant and durable. Users get payback in scrap value.
