Spring are coiled in perfect dia, on fully automatic machines from high Carbon Spring Steel wire of Grade II. They are heat Treated in automatic temperature controlled furnaces to maintain perfect load. Pre-tension Springs are tested and fitted with anti-slip surface CCPP/GI Top Covets and are joined by PVC coated twisted steel wire rope with steel base. The Springs are adjusted for high pressureand height. Plastic moulded brackets are provided on Top covers for height adjustment. Springs are finally calibrated for required Silver load and maintain horizontal position.

In bigger dia, Cans of 600mm and above, stabilized Pantograph Springs are recommended with higher load of springs to have smooth uniform doffing with zero tilting. PPCP/GI anti-slip surface covers are provided on the top.

Covers Plate: Cover Plate of the spring is designed to give perfect holding of the springs and allows more silver eliminating the chances of damaging cover plate from the spring pressure while in process.

Top Rims and Bands :

Top Rims and Bands are fitted on the top of the Cylinder for smooth and perfect round shape. The Bands are swaged with Top Rims making the top strong, robustand to hold the Cans firmly for the right sahpe. Top Rims and Bands are available in G. I. as well as Srainless Steel.

Bottom Plates and Rims:

Bottom Plates and Rims are passed on heavy duty power press. G.I. Plates and Rims give support to the Cans and hold the balance. Heavy duty Bottom Plates having Castor fitting arrangements are supplied. Bottom Rims are also made from Angles and are welded with rod rings where the surface is bad and castors are not use. G.I> Bottom Bands are provided to strength the bottom of the Cans and are mainly suitable and preferred for Auto-dofing System. Bottom Bands are available both in G.I. and HDPE.

Top Covers :

Top Covers: Are manufactured both in unbreakable Polymers and Galvanized Electro-Steel with Antislip surface to anchor the initial coils of silver preventing ‘throw-out’. They are light, rigid and anti-corrosive. PPCP Top Covers are available in different colours.

Castors for spinning Can & Totally :

Swivel dust free Steel body Castors fitted with Thrust Bearing comes with Nylon & polyurethane Wheels to ensure Smooth and trouble-free movement of the cans. The Castors have Fork Guide Rollers And Dust prevention discs, which ensure smooth movement. Castors are specially designed for spinning Cans and Trolly.

Trolly Castors comes with Rubber, Polymer, Nylon and Poly-urethane Wheel. They are available from 2”-8” in diameter & different width. They are Swivel, Fixed, Stem type. Brake facility is optional.
